Breath Package - Real progress is made in the margins. During these four sessions, we look for pockets of your daily routine, transition time that can be better utilized. In that space, we can download habits that can be used on the fly. Small practices done consistently lead to big changes that level up your game - and your life. Calm Nervous System. Breath and Attention Training. Reflect, Reframe and Normalize. Own The Process.
4 - 1 hour sessions.
See Package - Galvanize new habits and make them part of your day to day life. Incorporate positive, productive routines into your practice and performance . Deepen your observation skills, including awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Understand how you function best and connect to your values. Cultivate personal vision and ideal mindset. Build on attention training and increase consistency and confidence - whether it's a mundane practice / typical workday or when the pressure to perform is the most intense. .
8 - 1 hour sessions.
Move Package - Become more self reliant and hard wire your brain to trust and commit to being more fully in the present moment. We continue to cycle back and refine skills we have learned, but the focus becomes more flexible and creative. We intentionally cultivate the conditions to best experience FLOW or peak performance. Awareness becomes more fine tuned. Adjustments become more subtle. In a sense, the practice deepens and becomes part of our day to day fabric. Less time spent thinking of what to do, more emphasis on performing intuitively. We are more accepting of the uncomfortable thoughts and feelings - performance anxiety, stress, fear of failure (and success). Experience leads to greater awareness. Old habits receive less air time. Moments in between the action carry greater significance. The game - or whatever performance you take part in - slows down. Enjoyment levels tend to rise. The bar is raised.
